These rules apply to the website, forms, downloadable materials and demos. Live AI workloads will have additional product-specific rules before launch.

Respect people and the law

Do not use our website or forms for unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation or infringement of another person’s privacy or intellectual property. Do not provide illegal content, including child sexual exploitation material, or use our systems to distribute it.

Provide only information you have authority to share. Do not sign up other people without their permission, submit misleading company details, or use contact fields as a channel for spam.

Protect the service

Do not distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, bypass rate limits or authentication, manipulate tokens, exploit vulnerabilities against other people, or disrupt infrastructure. Do not automate submissions, generate abusive traffic or overload the site.

Do not scrape personal data, enumerate waitlist membership, use the site to identify private records or extract secrets. Ordinary links, browser use and responsible indexing of public pages are permitted when they do not violate technical controls or other rights.

Use demos as demos

Sample credentials, cost estimates and controls are not live security or billing systems. Do not enter actual API keys, passwords, personal datasets, regulated records or customer documents into a demonstration. Browser-local data is accessible to people or software with access to that browser profile.

Do not present simulated outputs or concept screenshots as evidence of deployed infrastructure, measured performance, customer adoption or certification. Model logos and benchmarks must not be used to imply an unconfirmed partnership.

Report a problem responsibly

If you find a weakness, stop testing once you can safely explain it and contact collins@embiro.ai. Follow the Security & disclosure page. Do not access, alter or delete other people’s data, publish live secrets, or use the issue for extortion.

These rules do not prevent good-faith reporting, criticism or exercise of legal rights. They do not grant authorisation to test third-party infrastructure.

Responses to misuse

We may reject submissions, limit traffic or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or investigate a credible issue. We consider severity, context and repeated conduct. Where practicable, contact us to correct a mistake or explain an apparent false positive.

If you believe access was restricted incorrectly, email collins@embiro.ai with the approximate time, page and a description. Never include passwords, API secrets or unnecessary personal records.

Before live AI access

Before an inference API or team workspace launches, we will explain model-specific restrictions, acceptable workloads, safety responsibilities and any disallowed applications. Those future rules may include additional requirements for regulated uses and human review. This page does not authorise a model use prohibited by its publisher or applicable law.
