Your interest.
Your information.
Updated 8 October 2026
This notice explains how Embiro uses information collected through the Embiro Labs pre-launch waitlist. It covers this website, not a future inference service.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address, country, product interest, use case and consent to receive research and pilot updates. You can optionally share your model preference, company, project stage, estimated usage, budget, timing, technical requirements and willingness to join a research conversation.
If you arrived through a campaign link, we may save its source, medium and campaign labels with your signup. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, customer data or other sensitive information in the form.
Why we collect it
We use this information to understand demand, plan models and capacity, and contact you about Embiro Labs research and pilot opportunities. Joining is not a purchase, API account or guarantee of access. We do not sell waitlist information.
Where it is stored
This website uses Vercel, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Waitlist submissions from embiro.ai are securely forwarded to the same Cloudflare database used by the Sites version. Authorized Embiro operators and the providers supporting the service may process the information. The waitlist is not a public directory. We do not promise that waitlist data is stored in Uganda or East Africa.
Abuse prevention and browser data
To limit automated submissions, the service briefly stores a hashed network identifier and request count. The application expires these rate-limit records after an hour and cleans them up on later requests. Hosting providers may also keep operational logs.
We have not added advertising trackers to this website. A one-use, short-lived token lets you add optional requirements after signing up. Only its hash is stored in the database.
Keeping information current
We keep waitlist information while developing and evaluating the pilot. We will review whether it is still needed within 12 months. You can ask us to correct or delete your information or stop email updates at any time.
Contact us
Email hello@embiro.com with “Embiro Labs privacy” in the subject. Use the address you joined with so we can identify your record. We may need to verify your request before making changes.
Before any inference pilot, we will share the applicable service terms and data-handling details separately.
