Tell us what you want to hear about—or ask to leave the waitlist. These requests are handled by a person, not a pretend preferences toggle.
Stop optional updates
To stop research, development or pilot updates, reply to an Embiro Labs email with “Unsubscribe” or email collins@embiro.ai from the address you joined with. You do not need to give a reason or pay a fee.
Tell us if you want only updates stopped, your contact details corrected, or your waitlist record deleted as well. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your opt-out. This page does not change your preferences until you send the request and we process it.
Action confirmations and important replies
A welcome confirmation follows a new signup. We may also respond to a question you send, a privacy request, or a legally necessary security matter. These messages are different from optional product promotion.
The broader email template collection is preparation for future product activity. Account, usage and billing templates do not mean those features are live or that a new email programme has been activated.
A signup you do not recognise
If you did not join, do not forward private information or click an unexpected account link. Contact collins@embiro.ai with the message subject so we can investigate the signup and remove or correct it.
Duplicate signup submissions do not send another confirmation or overwrite the existing record. If you need to update a submitted requirement after its questionnaire token expires, contact us.
Questions or complaints
For access, correction, deletion or other data rights, read the Privacy notice. We may need to verify your identity or authority before changing someone else’s record. We handle requests within applicable statutory periods and explain relevant limitations.
